DSMNY E-SHOP accepts returns on non-final sale items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that certain limited-release items and intimate apparel are ineligible for return or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the merchandise in its original packaging, ensuring all designer labels, dust bags, and authenticity cards are included.
Affix the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and retain your receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
